Fatema Jivanjee-Shakir is a social worker specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns, as well as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems.
Fatema works with adolescents and adults, and utilizes a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally-aware approach to therapy that blends cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches.
